Terms and conditions of use
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the access to and use of the kopslio.com website and the services provided by Kopslio, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Kopslio"), a Collective Funding Institution pending authorization before the CNBV under the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions.
1. Acceptance
Access to the site and use of the platform imply full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the site.
2. User profile
To operate as an investor you must be a Mexican individual or legal entity, of legal age, with legal capacity, hold an RFC and a Mexican bank account, and pass the KYC/AML process. Kopslio reserves the right to reject any application without stating cause.
3. Nature of the service
Kopslio is a technology platform that connects investors with credit applicants backed by real estate assets. Kopslio does not grant credit with its own resources, is not a counterparty of the loan and does not offer guaranteed returns. Returns are target and depend on borrower performance.
4. Risks
The investor expressly acknowledges that: (i) investments are not guaranteed by IPAB; (ii) there is risk of partial or total loss of capital; (iii) liquidity is conditioned to counterparty availability in the secondary market; (iv) target returns are not a promise of outcome.
5. Fees
Kopslio does not charge subscription or maintenance fees to the investor. A 1% annual success fee is charged on interest effectively collected, discounted at the time of disbursement. The detail lives in the contract of each project.
6. Intellectual property
The Kopslio brand, its logo, designs, texts, graphics, software and other contents of the site are the property of Kopslio or its licensors. Their reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond by reason of present or future domicile.
