Comprehensive privacy notice
Kopslio, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Kopslio"), with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 250, Floor 14, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06600, Mexico City, is the data controller of your personal data pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulation and the Privacy Notice Guidelines published by INAI.
1. Personal data we collect
We collect identification data (full name, date of birth, CURP, RFC, INE), contact data (email, phone, address), financial and asset data (CLABE bank account, source of funds, investment capacity) and navigation data (IP address, device type, cookies).
2. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: investor onboarding, KYC/AML compliance required by the Fintech Law, execution of crowdlending contracts, interest disbursement, tax withholding and invoicing, and reporting to authorities. Secondary purposes (optional): newsletter, project advertising and statistical analysis. You may opt out of the secondary purposes at any time.
3. Transfers
We transfer data, without your consent, to: CNBV, Banxico, SAT, UIF, CONDUSEF, notaries and security trusts; to our technology processors under signed confidentiality agreements; and to judicial authorities when required by law.
4. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of your data, as well as to revoke your consent. You can exercise them by writing to privacy@kopslio.com attaching a copy of your official ID and the specific request you wish to file. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

6. Notice modifications
Kopslio reserves the right to modify this notice. Any change will be published at kopslio.com and, when material, will be notified to the registered email. The version in force will always be the last one published.
