Cookie policy
At Kopslio we use cookies and similar technologies to operate kopslio.com, measure its performance and personalize your experience. This policy explains what they are, which we use and how you can manage them.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your browser when you visit it. It allows us to remember your preferences, keep an active session or understand how you use the site.
2. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary: keep the session and the selected language. They cannot be disabled. Analytics: help us understand aggregate usage (Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2). Advertising and marketing: allow us to measure campaigns and personalize messages. Preferences: remember the language and the banner configuration.
3. Third party cookies
We use third party services that may place their own cookies: Google (analytics and advertising), Meta Pixel (campaign measurement) and chat providers. These cookies are governed by each provider's privacy policy.
4. Google Consent Mode v2
Kopslio implements Google Consent Mode v2. Until you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google tags operate in denied mode and do not send personal identifiers. Only after your consent are the full signals enabled.
5. How to manage your cookies
You can accept all, reject the optional ones or manage them from the cookie banner that appears on your first visit. In addition, all modern browsers allow you to view, block and delete cookies from their settings.
6. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies are kept between 6 and 24 months, depending on their function, after which they automatically expire.
